With the split screen feature in Windows 10 and Windows 11, you can use multiple apps on your screen simultaneously. You can install applications not only in the corners of the screen, but also on the sides. We’ll show you how to use this Windows productivity feature.
There are two ways to split the screen on your computer. One is by dragging and dropping application windows and the other is by using keyboard shortcuts. I’ll show you how to use both methods.

Split screen in Windows 10
To use two apps on your screen at the same time, first launch both apps. Then focus on the first application.
Drag the first app’s title bar (the bar with the minimize and close options) to the edge of the side where you want the apps. For example, if you want to pin an app to the left side of your screen, drag the app’s title bar to the left.
Windows shows what the application looks like when it is installed. If you release the drag at this point, the app will stick to the specified location.
Other open applications appear opposite the first installed application. Now select the app you want to use to fill the other half of the screen.
Windows will install the second application on the other side of the first application.
If you want to use four apps at once, drag the first app to one corner of the screen. Then drag the other apps to the remaining corners and install Windows on them.
To split the screen using keyboard shortcuts, inside the first app, press Windows + Left Arrow to pin the app to the left side of the screen or Windows + Right Arrow to pin the app to the right side of the screen. your screen.
To install an app in the corner, press Windows + Left Arrow or Windows + Right Arrow twice. Then use Windows + Up Arrow or Windows + Down Arrow depending on the angle you want to install the app in.
To exit split screen mode later, in the application title bar,[元に戻す]Click Options. Zoom in on the app to get it out of the split screen view.

Split screen in Windows 11
If you are using Windows 11, you can access the split screen view using the same method mentioned above. Additionally, you can use the built-in Snap Windows feature to quickly pin apps to different corners of your screen.
