Know ladies that there is not one, but different techniques to camouflage a hole! You can for example:
- Hide a hole with embroidery: this allows you to customize the garment while hiding the tear.
- Hide a hole with sewing or iron-on patches: this technique aims to conceal the damaged part with a piece of fabric to be sewn or iron-on. The fashion trend of the moment being kawaii patches and large flowers, no one will think that you have tried to hide a nasty hole!
- Darning a garment: darning consists of filling the lack of fabric by creating a kind of weave with a thread of the exact color of the stitch in question.

How to darn and patch a hole?
You have the choice between throwing away your unworn dress, paying even more to repair it, or sewing it up yourself! We offer you to give it a second life without wasting money! Just take a needle and a thread and find a flat surface where you can place your dress.
For our recovery, we use adhesive tape and you will understand what its usefulness is. So take it!

- Put your hand inside the dress, and with your fingers try to close the hole using as little fabric as possible;
- Take a piece of masking tape cut out beforehand and stick it over the hole from the outside, in order to keep it closed momentarily when you remove your fingers;
- Return your dress;

- Using the shape obtained with the adhesive tape, sew the hole with a needle and thread of the same color as the garment until it is completely closed;

- Remove the tape and check if the hole has closed properly;
- If not, make a second pass through the queue.
