Recently, the Meta messenger expanded this to the voice messages. Although the resource is being released little by little (that is, not everyone has received it yet), the MacMagazine prepared a tutorial on how to send a single view audio there.

Open WhatsApp on your iPhone and go to the conversation you want to send audio to. preview single reproduction. Then, keep your finger pressed on the icon represented by a microphone and slide it up to lock.
When you have finished recording, tap the red pause button and then “1” (at the bottom right) to have it applied as single-view audio. With this, a warning “Voice message set as single view” will appear in the middle of the screen, next to a blue outline at the number “1”.
Once you’ve done this, send the audio message as normal. This way, it can only be reproduced once by the other person.
