Things to keep in mind when restoring posts
There are a few things to keep in mind when restoring deleted non-story posts.
When restoring posts, please note that Instagram Live cannot be restored and the order of multiple feed posts will change.

Deleted more than 30 days ago
First, it means that it has been more than 30 days since you deleted it.
You can restore feed posts, stories, reel videos, and Instagram videos that can be restored by using the Recently Deleted function, but posts that are in the Recently Deleted will be restored for 30 days. It will disappear following a while.
Therefore, it is better to restore deleted posts as soon as possible. Be careful though, as they all disappear following 30 days.

Recently Deleted, which allows you to restore deleted posts on Instagram, is a new feature in recent updates, and if you haven’t updated Instagram for a long time, you may not be able to use that feature.
