How to request compensation for power outages and breakage of electrical appliances

The National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) released a guide for affected users of the companies Edesur and Edenor what explains how to request financial compensation for eventual power outages.

According to the agency’s data, there are currently 32,282 Edesur users and 1,253 Edenor users who are without electricity supply service. During the New Years celebrations, power outages They affected 148,000 homes, 7,134 of the Edesur service and 41,223 of Edenor.
