O TikTok has some adjustments aimed at accessibility which may be of interest to anyone who has vision or hearing problems. One of them allows you to disable calls animated thumbnailswhich move when browsing user profiles or other parts of the app, such as search.
This deactivation may be important especially for those users who may be sensitive to images with flashing lights, for example.

With the app open, tap the “Profile” tab (in the bottom right corner), the button represented by three little lines (in the top right corner) and go to “Settings and privacy”.
Then, select “Accessibility” and uncheck “Animated thumbnail”. The next time you update a profile or do a new search within the app, the measure will already be in effect.
