O Apple Watch allows you to check notifications coming from your iPhone without having to take your phone out of your pocket, in addition to tracking your activities and various other uses with Apple’s own and third-party applications.
Since Series 3, Apple has had an option GPS + Cellular smartwatch, offering the convenience of being able to leave the house without the iPhone and still be able to make and receive voice calls, use Siri and Maps, for example.
If you use such a model and no longer want to use your mobile data, there are a few ways to remove your cellular plan. Note that even doing this, you will still need to contact your carrier to cancel the plan — which might lead to breach of contract fines if there is any kind of loyalty.

first method
Open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap “Cellular” and the “i” next to the network name. Then select “Remove [nome do plano]” and confirm the action.
second method
Still in the Watch app on your iPhone, go to General » Reset » Remove All Cellular Plans and confirm the action.
