To make transfers to the Patria system from Banco de Venezuela, customers must have a user on the BDV platform.
Users of the Banco de Venezuela can make transfers directly to the Patria System, from the digital platform of the banking entity. In this way, they will be able to count on the necessary balance when supplying subsidized fuel at any service station, through the BiopagoPDV mechanism.
The Patria System portal explained that, as of April 2, payment in cash for gasoline subsidized by the State will be eliminated.
He clarified that the payment methods for subsidized gasoline will be only electronic, that is, through the BiopagoPDV system.
To make transfers to the Patria system from Banco de Venezuela, customers must have a user on the BDV platform.
Step by step:
Upon entering the BDV system, the “menu” tab will display the “payments” option.
Subsequently, the user must click on the “service payment” option.
Two tabs will be displayed: “type of service” and “service to pay”.
In the first tab you must locate the “public services” option. While in the second you must select your “mobile wallet” and click on the “process” button.
In the next window, the bank will request to identify the type of payment, either “frequent payment” or “unregistered”. The user will choose the one of his preference.
Then you must fill in the field identified for the identity card number. It must be subscribed to the Patria user to whom the transfer is to be made.
The next step will be to select the account from which the transaction will be made. It must have a sufficient balance.
Before processing the operation, the automatic system will ask the user to choose a security method for transfer authentication.
Options include “Coordinate Card” verification or a text message to be sent to the account holder’s cell phone. It is recommended to have the selected method at hand.
When completing all the steps, it is necessary to review the data once more, in order to prevent possible errors.
Finally, click on the “pay” option. The transfer will be made immediately to the Patria system.
