He also praised omega-3 fatty acids that are often found in fish, including salmon, as well as walnuts and flax seeds. He explained, “Nuts and seeds also contain vitamin E, which is believed to be a healthy antioxidant for hair.”

It is reported that a person loses regarding 50 to 100 hairs daily. Sometimes, hair loss can be a warning sign of a medical condition such as iron deficiency.
