How to apply for Digital Credit Cards! Banco de Venezuela has introduced two new credit cards to offer greater financial convenience to its customers. These are the BDV Digital Credit Card and the International Prepaid Card BDV.
What are Digital Credit Cards for?
This is used to make purchases from the web, acquire streaming services and send and receive money from the platform. Debits are charged directly to the user’s freely convertible account, thus simplifying transactions abroad.
Steps to open a digital account at Banco de Venezuela
To request this service, users must download our mobile application BDVApp.
Next, choose the option “I want to open an account at Banco de Venezuela,” then scan the necessary documents, complete the requested information and add your cell phone number.
In addition, the bank states among its steps that users have 30 days to update their data and authenticate their fingerprint on BiopagoBDV devices or at the branch of their choice.
Likewise, it is clarified that if the user is already a BDV client, he/she can create a new account by entering your BDVApp through the route: Services > open account in national currency.
