Sweet lupine is a popular and delicious holiday and party pastime. But the problem is in the way it is prepared. It needs to soak for a long time, but in this article we will give you a quick way to prepare it in less than a day, and without soaking.

1- Prepare a kilo of lupine, wash well and soak in water overnight.
2- Drain the lupine from the water, rinse well and prepare a container in which you put the lupine, cover it with a higher height than its height with water, and leave it on the fire until it is cooked, and test the maturity of the lupine bean with your hand until you get the desired maturity.
3- Drain from the water, rinse with cold water to cover it, add a little more, and salt as desired, and you can eat it the next day.
