Who among us does not like winter foods that contain tomatoes, so we prepared this delicious dish for your family’s lunch.

the ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2- Onion small size 1

3- garlic cloves

4- medium size tomatoes 2

5- Green beans 500 grams

6- Salt half a teaspoon

7- Black pepper half a teaspoon

8- Hot red pepper ½ teaspoon

9- Chopped parsley, to serve, as desired

How to prepare:

1- Make an x ​​on the heels of the tomatoes and place them in boiling water for 30 seconds. Remove from boiling water, peel and cut into cubes.

2- Soak the green beans in cold water for regarding an hour.

3- Cut the onions into slices, then chop the garlic.

4- Heat the oil in a wide frying pan over a medium heat and stir in the onions and garlic until softened.

5- Drain the green beans and add them to the skillet.

6- Add the tomatoes and season with salt, black pepper and hot red pepper.

7- Stir the mixture from time to time until the vegetables are soft.

8- Remove the pan from the heat and serve the dish directly on your table, garnished with chopped parsley.
