Once past the milestone of forty, the changes observed in his body and his silhouette seem particularly tenacious. The belly in particular becomes rounder and sometimes loses its elasticity. At the origin of these changes, hormonal causes, however completely natural. “Our estrogen level decreases, while our testosterone level remains stable,” explains nutritionist Corinne Chicheportiche-Ayache.
