Like Instagram, the Threads it also lets you adjust incoming notifications in a very simple way.
It is possible, for example, to choose whether or not to be notified regarding new likes, replies, mentions, reposts and quotes, in addition to the first threads published by people.

With the app open on your iPhone, tap the button represented by a little figure (in the lower right corner), the one with two lines (in the upper right corner) and “Notifications”.
The first option allows you to pause any and all notifications for 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or 8 hours. In “Threads and replies”, you manage notices regarding publications on the social network, and in “Following and followers”, things like account suggestions, requests to follow accepted, among others.
If you want, of course, you can also leave all this enabled in Threads and use it within the iOS Notification Digest feature.
