Open Deezer, tap the gear icon (in the upper right corner) and check the “Private profile” option in the “Privacy settings” section.

open the Deezer app for macOS or, by web, click on your photo (in the upper right corner) and go to “Account Settings”. If you’re on the Mac app, you can also get to the same section by going to Deezer » Adjust… in the menu bar.
At the top, scroll to “More” and select “Sharing Preferences”. Finally, turn on “Make my profile private (only you can see what you’re listening to)”.
