1- Dark chocolate

Dark chocolate plays a major role in reducing the risk of tooth decay, as it contains polyphenols, which help kill oral bacteria and prevent plaque formation, according to a 2009 study.

Dairy products contain nutrients that, in turn, help strengthen teeth and protect them from decay, such as calcium, vitamin K and phosphorus.
