4- Eating healthy foods that contain calcium, which is necessary for healthy age, such as milk and its derivatives of cheese and dairy, and fresh fruits.

Tooth decay can be prevented by taking care of oral and dental health and hygiene, and the following is a set of tips to prevent tooth decay and caries:

Avoid frequent meals during the day; Frequent eating of meals during the day, and a lot of them, leads to the exposure of the teeth to a continuous attack of acidic secretions that are secreted by bacteria.

* The use of a dental sealant, fissure sealant, in the form of a material placed on the surfaces of the back molars. This material contributes to filling the gaps and channels in which food remains accumulate, and also protects the enamel layer from exposure to acids and dental plaque. It is worth noting that this substance can be left for several years before needing to be replaced, and you only need to check and make sure of its safety periodically, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends the use of this substance for all children of school age and fluoride treatment.
