O Low Power Mode (Low Power Mode) it’s been present in Apple’s operating systems for quite some time. At first, only the iPhone was supported. Over time, however, it expanded to the iPad, the Mac and even the Apple Watch.
Despite being very useful for those times when your device’s battery is low, it cannot (in theory) be used continuously — since, when the battery is being recharged and reaches 80%, it shuts down permanently. automatic.
However, there is a simple trick that can make this feature always on, if you prefer to use your device that way. This is possible through automation on iOS, as we will see below! ????
On your iPhone/iPad, open the app Shortcuts (Shortcuts). Then follow the steps below:
Select the “Automation” tab. Tap the “+” (at the top right corner) and scroll down to “Create Personal Automation”. Locate “Low Power Mode” and tap on it. On the next screen, check “For Disabled”, “Next” and select “Add Action” to choose “Set Low Power Mode”. Make sure it is showing as “Enable”. On the next screen, uncheck the “Ask at Run” option. Tap “OK” to finish the process.
Simple, isn’t it? ????
