To activate blood circulation, including in the brain, you need to move daily. Any activity options are useful – daily walks, running, fitness, yoga, Nordic walking and even gymnastics. At the workplace, if you are busy with sedentary work, get up from your seat 1-2 times an hour, turn your head in different directions, tilt it, do a couple of squats, take a walk.
Replenish vitamins
For normal blood circulation of the brain, a constant replenishment of vitamins. Particularly important are compounds from the group of vitamins B – pantothenic acid, B6, B8 and B1. Supplement them with magnesium, which normalizes the transmission of information between neurons and between nerve cells and muscles.
Ascorbic acid is important to maintain vascular tone and blood fluidity. It can be obtained by including citrus fruits, berries, sour apples, cabbage in your menu. Elevated levels of this vitamin are needed by people who smoke. It is especially important for them to protect the cerebral vessels.
