O Instagram recently launched a new feature aimed at those who use the social network quite often and can’t stand to see a new notification coming.

To activate it, open Instagram on your iPhone, tap the tab represented by your photo (in the lower right corner), select the button with the three little lines (in the upper right corner) and go to “Settings and Privacy”.
Then go to Notifications » Silent Mode and activate it. Further down, in the “Activate automatically” section, use the “From” and “Until” boxes to stipulate the desired time for this mode to be activated.
With this, all Instagram notifications will be paused.
