You can check if your friends who follow you are online or when was the last time they were there very easily, as long as this is activated in both profiles.
The “Online” information can appear through a green dot in the profile picture, in the inbox, in the message threads and also in the list of users that appears when you share a publication; already the last active status appears in the inbox and also in threads of messages. It’s the call activity status.
However, it is possible to activate or deactivate this feature in a very easy way, whenever you want. See how to do it below!
Tap the “Profile” tab in the iPhone and iPad app, select the menu button (the one represented by the three little lines (in the upper right corner) and go to Settings & Privacy » Privacy. Once this is done, uncheck the “Activity Status” option.
Another way to do this is by tapping the “Inbox” tab, selecting the dot next to “Inbox” at the top, and turning off “Activity Status”.
TikTok reminds you that this Activity Status is displayed for up to two days and that if someone was last active more than two days ago, no status will be displayed.
