How to automatically delete Google search history on iPhone or iPad

After download the official Google app from the App Store, open it and log in to your account. Then, in the top right corner, select your photo, go to “Search history” and, with the “Controls” tab selected, tap “Choose an automatic deletion option” in the automatic deletion area.

After choosing “Automatically delete activities older than”, use the drop-down menu to choose between “3 months”, “18 months” (one and a half years) or “36 months” (three years). Then, follow the next steps by selecting “Next”.

How to delete Google search history automatically on the web

In your browser, go to search history page, within the “My activity on Google” website. Then, in the top left corner, choose the “Controls” tab and click on “Choose an automatic deletion option”.

After selecting “Automatically delete activities older than”, use the drop-down menu to choose between one of the same three options, click “Next” and follow the steps.
