Apple has always allowed you to crop your images or videos in a simple way through the app Photos (Photos). With the arrival of iOS/iPadOS 17, however, it is making this even easier.
From these versions of the operating systems that equip iPhones and iPads, it became possible to crop a photo using only the famous and classic pinch gesture.

With the Photos app open, select the image or video you want to crop. Then, use the pinch gesture to zoom in/frame it the way you want it to look. Then tap the button in the upper right corner (with the symbol crop) and “OK” to confirm.
If you press and hold your finger on the same icon, you can still switch the image format to one of four: full screen, original, panoramic or square.
Much easier, don’t you think?! ????
