In addition to allowing you to interact with other users through traditional tweets, the social network belonging to Elon Musk also makes it possible to create so-called Twitter Spaces (Twitter Spaces).

With them, you can interact with other users of the platform on basically any subject. Currently, you can create a Space in the iOS and Android apps. However, it is also possible to listen to them on the web.

Next, we’ll show you exactly how to create a Space! ????

Open the iPhone/iPad app and do one of the following:

Tap your photo (in the top left corner), select “Spaces” and then the microphone (in the bottom right corner); Directly select the Spaces icon (represented by a microphone) by tapping the same microphone button; Or tap the retweet button, then the microphone with a purple silhouette.

Then, choose your Space’s theme, whether you want to record it, and schedule it for a specific date and time. When you’re satisfied, select “Start Now”.

Remember that Spaces are public, meaning anyone can join as a listener — including those who don’t follow you. Listeners can still be invited by receiving a link via Direct Message (Direct Messageor DM), by copying a link from a tweet or via a link on another platform.

After it is created, the creator (or host) can submit requests for Space listeners to also become speakers. To do this, select the people icon. Listeners may also request permission to speak to the host. Then just select the request icon (below the microphone icon).

According to Twitter, a Space can have up to 2 people as cohostsin addition to the 11 speakers (including you).
