Open the TikTok Music app on your device, tap the “Me” tab and “Create new playlist”. Give it a name and choose whether you want it to be individual (only you can edit) or collaborative (you can invite more people to collaborate). When you are satisfied, tap “Create”.
In the case of collaborative playlists, you can send the link that will be generated to your friends. It will be valid for a period of seven days.
Then, use the “Suggested”, “Recent” or “Favorites” tabs to add the desired songs or, later, navigate to the song you want on the platform, tap the three dots and choose “Add to playlist”.
