Thousands of Venezuelans will receive new payments by August 2024. This is the Economic War Bonus, which comes with an increase for public workers, retirees and pensioners in Venezuela.

War Bonus August 2024: Payment Schedule

The Economic Warfare Bonus is delivered each month to three sectors of the population on different days. Below, with information from previous payments, we show you how these deposits are expected to arrive in August 2024:

• Active public workers: Thursday, August 15.
• Public administration retirees: Monday, August 19.
• IVSS and Amor Mayor pensioners: Thursday, August 22.

How much is the August 2024 War Bonus?

The Economic War Bond is the subsidy whose amounts underwent a new adjustment in 2024. Due to Nicolás Maduro’s announcement and after its implementation in recent months, these deposits are expected to arrive as follows:

• Public workers: 90 indexed dollars or 3,301 bolivars, according to the current exchange rate of the Central Bank of Venezuela.
• Retirees: 91 indexed dollars or 3,337 bolivars, according to the BCV.
• Pensioners: 45 indexed dollars or 1,650 bolivars, according to the BCV.

How to collect the 2024 War Bonus?

To access the money that entered your Patria account under the concept of War Bonus, you must follow this easy guide of five simple steps:

• Log in to the platform Patria.
• Go to ‘wallet’ and then ‘withdraw funds’.
• Select the wallet from which the funds will be sent, the amount and the destination.
• Click the ‘continue’ button and then ‘accept’.
• Finally, the system will show you that the operation was successful and that’s it.

Once you have completed this process, you must wait approximately five business days to go to a bank branch and withdraw the requested money.
