How to clear a Telegram conversation on iPhone/iPad
The process of deleting all messages in a conversation is super simple. Open the messenger app and select the conversation. Then, tap the person’s name (in the top corner), then the three dots and go to “Delete Messages”.
Once this is done, you can still choose whether you want to delete them just for you or for the other contact. You will have five seconds to change your mind if you want to reverse this.
How to clear a Telegram conversation on Mac and the web
With the conversation open in the messenger app on your Mac, click on the three dots (in the top right corner) and go to “Clear Chat History”. Once this is done, select the checkbox if you want the chat to be cleared for the other person as well.
On the web, the process is practically identical.
