The application Calendar (Calendar) of macOS has several features that are often not known to all users.
One concerns the ability to print “Day”, “Week” or “Month” calendars, which can also include other information regarding your events. This is ideal for those who like to keep their information in the analogue world as well.

With the Calendar app open, choose the view you want to print (such as “Day”, “Week”, “Month” or “Year”.). Then go to Archive » Print… in the menu bar or directly use the shortcut ⌘ command P.
Then, with the print window open, you can configure the pages as you wish. Among the options offered are changing the calendar view (if you haven’t done this before), the type of paper, the time interval, in addition to choosing the calendars.
Later, in the “Options” section, it is still possible to activate/deactivate the appearance of all day events, a miniature calendar (which is in the upper right corner), the legend of the calendars themselves and whether you want to print using black and white tones. white or colored.
When you have finished setting up the calendar to be printed, click “Continue” to make print adjustments (such as printer type, layout and number of copies). Finally, select “Print” for the process to be done.
Optionally, it is still possible to save it as a PDF file or send it by email, for example. To do this, click on the down arrow next to “PDF” (at the bottom) and make your choice.
