- Enter the following data – the national ID card number / residence number – and the password in the field designated for it.

- Specify the description of the applicant (for myself – owner/manager of a facility – commissioner/director of the establishment survey).
- You will be asked to enter the commercial registration number, then press the Browse button.
- You will be shown all the details related to the commercial registry license, and you can make the amendment you want.
- Click on the Submit Application button, then enter the license holder’s data. The data is: (mobile phone number – then re-type it to confirm and click on the Confirm button).
- After entering the owner’s data, enter the business activity data, which is: (total area of the store – area of main activity – type of employees).
- Explain the reason for modifying the activity, and confirm the geographical location before pressing the Next button at the top of the screen on the left.
- Complete filling in the data for the store and the plate, then click on the Next icon.
- Add the facilities to be entered, and choose the fee payment method that suits you by clicking on the fee calculation icon.
- After ensuring that the entered data is correct, click on the Send Request tab.
