The importance of brain vitality

It’s Brain Awareness Week and Health Canada encourages all Canadians to take steps to maintain good brain health. In Canada, more than 400,000 people aged 65 and over live with dementia. However, certain daily habits and measures can slow down and even prevent brain degeneration. We talked regarding it with Dr. Antoine Hakim, professor emeritus in neurology at the University of Ottawa.
