There are two practical ways to access the superuser menu.
Access the superuser menu using keyboard shortcuts
One way to get to the Power User menu is to press Windows + X. This is why it is sometimes called the “WinX” menu. The Power User menu is located in the lower left corner of the screen,[スタート]It appears just above the button.
Use the mouse to access the superuser menu
If you prefer, you can also access the Power User menu with just your mouse. Right click on the start button and it will open immediately.

Superuser List Features
The Power User Menu gives you access to almost everything you need to manage your computer. Each option listed in the Power User menu also has a corresponding hotkey that you can press to select it. If you find yourself using some options frequently, it can be helpful to remember the keys you need to access them.
For example, you can open the Power User menu and press the i key to select the Terminal option. This is indicated as terminal (i) in the list.
- Applications and Features (F) Remove installed programs and adjust settings related to program installation.
- Mobility Center (B) Provides access to a window focused on all the settings you want to modify on your mobile device.
- Power Option (O) Provides access to settings related to power saving features, device performance, and battery usage history.
- Event Viewer (V) View important events that occur within the operating system, device drivers, or programs running on your computer.

- device manager (m) Precise control of all hardware components and peripherals connected to your computer.
- network connection (W) Control all network settings.
- Disk Management (K) Format drives and manage partitions.

- Task Manager (T) Open the task manager. Here you can view running applications and services, monitor devices, and select startup programs.
- Settings (N) Open the settings window.
- File Explorer (E) Open File Explorer to browse the files on your computer.

- run (R) Open the playback window. Enter the name of the executable file in the window and run it.
- Close or sign out (U) Open a pop-up menu to shutdown, restart, log out, or put your computer to sleep.

Despite its usefulness, the superuser menu is one of the most underused menus in Windows. It’s often the most efficient way to access things like Terminal and disk management.
