The Ukrainian government has conducted several drills in the event of a possible nuclear disaster.

In recent days, more than a dozen explosions have rocked the Zaporizhia facilities, the largest nuclear plant in Europe, located in southeastern Ukraine and under Russian control since the beginning of the invasion.

Both Russia and Ukraine have accused each other of the bombing.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has repeatedly expressed concern regarding attacks on the plant and proposed the establishment of a nuclear security buffer zone around it.

The bombing of the nuclear power plant is playing “Russian roulette”Olli Heinonen, former IAEA deputy director general, told the BBC.
