To live happily, you need to know that you have to start by changing your way of seeing things. If we think and speak negatively; we attract negative things and situations! So, to be ready to receive abundance of all kinds;

you have to believe in it and repeat it mentally and verbally to yourself every day. You decide what you receive! By telling yourself that you already have love, even if you are alone, your attitude will become positive, and you will attract love. By repeating to yourself that you are far from needing yourself; even if you are broke, you will eventually attract material abundance naturally! The Law of Attraction works on the principle that all energy attracts like energies. Negative attracts negative and positive attracts positive; This is the law of the Universe! Know that our subconscious mind is programmed by our thoughts. Every thought you have is a form of energy that emits a vibration, a signal, and attracts a signal of the same vibration rate, on the same frequency; and this in the same way that a magnet attracts metal!

So, if your thoughts remain stuck on the fact that you have not fulfilled a wish or desire, the law of attraction will be consistent with this image of failure; and you will never achieve your goals no matter how hard you try.

To change your negative attitude and prepare yourself for success on all levels, you must first use constructive self-talk. Here is a speech to repeat every morning in front of the mirror:

So if this negativity is so ingrained in you that you don’t notice it, how can you be sure that you aren’t perpetuating this negativity? Here is a short questionnaire to assess the level of negative energy in you. If you answer yes to any of the questions, you have negative energy to some degree:

-Are you complaining? All the time or just sometimes?

– Do you talk more often about what is wrong in the world than what is right?

– Are you criticizing? All the time or just certain people?

– Are you attracted to drama and disaster?

-Are you to blame? All the time or just certain situations?

– Do you believe that you have no control over most of your outcomes?

– Do you feel like a victim? Are you talking about people doing things for you?

– Are you grateful for what is or will you be grateful when things finally start going well for you? Do you feel like things are happening to you? Or do you think they happen through you?

To Clear Negative Energy, Follow This 3-Step Process :

1- Take matters into your own hands! The Dalai Lama states: “ As long as you think everything is someone else’s fault, you suffer. When you realize that everything originates within you, you can then move towards peace and joy. “.

2- Overcome past conditioning, think intuitively with your soul instead of “reality”! Create your own reality, a new desired reality in your imagination and manifest it in the outside world. Make way for the dream; and close your eyelids every day for ten minutes to meditate and imagine scenes concretizing in your mind the situations in which you want to be.

3. Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts! You will have to catch yourself when you speak of negativity, and will have to immediately change your internal and verbal discourse. Instead of thinking about:
