OL and Adidas recently extended a contract with the Lyon club.

Renewed for four more years for the period 2025-2029, the contract between Olympique Lyonnais and Adidas is one of the longest in French professional football among equipment manufacturers; it has been continuous since 2010. Mutual trust therefore exists between the two brands and this benefits the Gones club which has negotiated its new four-year lease upwards.

OL extended four more years with Adidas

Because according to estimates from KPMG’s Football Benchmark, this new contract, effective from next season, should bring OL the equivalent of 13.8 million euros annually. The previous one, which ends at the end of this financial year, is valued at nearly 11.6 million euros per year.

3rd most expensive equipment supplier contract in French football

At this level of remuneration, Lyon has the third most expensive equipment supplier contract in French football behind the association between Nike and PSG (the oldest, started in 1989) at 80 million euros annually and the Olympique de Marseille with Puma, at 25 million euros per season.
