how Mironov’s phobia almost put an end to filming

The artist might disrupt all the work.

The role in the film “The Man from the Boulevard des Capucines” became a landmark for Andrei Mironov, but the cowboy comedy with fights, chases and shooting turned out to be an impossible task for the artist. And all because of a ridiculous phobia.

Even at the theater school, the future star experienced an unpleasant incident, said actor Alexander Inshakov. The students acted out a scene during the exam and partner Mironov “something jumped”. The young man punched his partner in the face. After that, the desire to participate in such scenes as a celebrity was cut off.

“He was afraid that he might be hurt. I had to show, as they say, on the fingers that nothing terrible, dangerous does not threaten him. Before his eyes, I kicked a cigarette out of my partner’s mouth with my foot, the leg passed a centimeter from the face, but did not hurt. Only then did Mironov calm down, ”Inshakov told the portal “Caravan of stories”.
