Household dust can be a concern, as it may contain allergens such as dust mite feces and pollen. Mattresses, upholstery and carpets can accumulate invisible dust.

House dust mites feed on the scales of human and animal skin. They thrive in textiles throughout our homes.

Clean both sides of the mattress with an advanced filtration vacuum cleaner to prevent allergens from returning into the room with the exhaust air.

Wash bedding in hot water. The higher the temperature, the better for the destruction of allergens. Washing bedding at 60°C or 90°C will help break down the allergens (proteins) and reduce the amount of allergens.

Wash or replace duvets and pillows. This procedure can help reduce the amount of dust mite allergens and skin flakes in your bed.

Remove dust from kitchen cabinet surfaces. This is a place that is often overlooked. However, dust collects here and can be transmitted to the kitchen through the movement of air. Dust with a vacuum cleaner equipped with an advanced filtration system, or wipe cabinet surfaces down with a damp cloth or cleaning wipes.

Continuing with the vacuum cleaner ensures that you get clean. Any dust that has been blown and not redistributed throughout the home is removed by normal activity.

Move furniture that can be moved and clean places that are not vacuumed often, such as under furniture.

Vacuum sofas and chairs regularly. They harbor not only large debris but also dust mites, skin flakes, and other allergens such as pollen and food allergens.

A lot of dust can collect in the curtains. Make sure to empty it regularly or wash it if possible.

Dust sticks to certain types of walls and can contribute to mold growth. If the room is damp and not well ventilated, dust can act as a food source for growing mold. So clean the walls regularly.
