Ernesto Galetto was making a video for one of his projects while riding in a plane when suddenly his iPhone fell from a height of 2000 feet.
The falling mobile phone recorded the entire fall and then hit the ground.
It can be seen in the video that despite the iPhone falling on the ground, the mobile phone remained safe while the camera was also continuously running.
“When my mobile phone fell, I thought I would lose my iPhone, but when I used the Find My app, I found out that my mobile phone was on and lying somewhere in the middle of the beach,” Ernesto Gallito said.
The phone suffered a few scratches even though there was no special protection, just a regular phone case and screen protector.
The Brazilian citizen said that one such incident happened during a trip to Iceland when the iPhone 6 of photographer Hawker Sørnsson fell down from the plane while flying at a height of two hundred feet.
The photographer thought he had lost the iPhone 6, but 13 months later, a group of hikers discovered the phone in perfect condition, with one feature not working.
