To fight fraud, the Ministry of the Economy plans to reduce the amounts that individuals can receive. This is this mechanism for immediate advance of tax credit, which allows for example to employ a cleaning lady or school support service. Europe 1 therefore explains to you what might change.

The Ministry of the Economy intends to reduce the amounts that certain individuals can receive in order to fight once morest fraud. This would therefore mean that they might no longer benefit from the ceiling of 6,000 euros put in place for the January 2022 system, which allows them to only pay their share when using a personal service. In other words, it was no longer necessary to wait for the tax credit reimbursement, which occurs later, of the amount that was advanced.

This ceiling might thus be halved, which would still allow a majority of households to still benefit from this real-time consideration. But this would penalize households which reach this ceiling of 6,000 euros and who will be responsible for advancing these 3,000 euros to recover them a year later.

Companies that charge for non-existent services

This article of the social security financing bill (PLFSS) provokes a reaction from the federation of private employers of France, which specifies that the frauds once morest which the government wants to attack are mainly caused by companies and not by individuals. This fraud would reach several million euros with a very simple mechanism: companies bill for non-existent services.

Finally, the extension of this immediate advance to the care of children under six years old and to beneficiaries of the personalized autonomy allowance will be postponed, and will not take effect before 2026.
