First Division: How and when the access keys to the quarterfinals will be played
With Juventud Copalera, Suchitepéquez, Universidad and Aurora already classified to the quarterfinals, eight more teams will fight to join them in the fight for the title of champion and ticket to the Major League.

Everything is ready in the highest promotion league of Guatemalan football and soon the games of the big party will begin, which will bring together the best teams of the First Division that is in the search for a title for their showcases and a ticket to the Major League.
As a reward for his good season and performance during 18 dates Juventud Copalera, CSD Suchitepéquez, Club Universidad and Aurora FC are directly in the quarterfinal phase while eight other teams will fight from Wednesday the 24th to Sunday the 28th to ensure their presence in said instance.
Among those teams that will seek to reach the quarterfinals are the current champion, Juventud Pinulteca and the current runner-up, Deportivo Marquense.
If any of these reach the final they will directly obtain a ticket to the National League to replace the CSD Zacapa and Deportivo Coatepeque, clubs already relegated in this Clausura 2024.
The four access keys to the quarterfinals are the following:

- Mictlán vs Deportivo Iztapa
- Heredia vs Marquense
- St. Peter vs. Sacachis
The parties of The first leg will be played between Wednesday, April 24 and Thursday, April 25.while the return matches are scheduled to be played Saturday the 27th and Sunday the 28th of the same month.
