As the starting point of the national tour, Cannes and its municipality are particularly keen to allow the association “Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes” to pursue its mission in the service of women’s health, in particular through screening cardiovascular and gynecological.
In order to provide concrete assistance to the Bus du Cœur des Femmes, the Mayor of Cannes, David Lisnard, has decided to submit to the next city council the allocation of an exceptional subsidy of 5,000 euros.
“We must make a donation to help the Bus du Cœur des Femmes get back on the road in September and allow the continuity of their mission.”
Objective: hit the road once more in September
The donations will be used to fit out a new bus and its trailer (consultation booths, box, adhesive tape, chairs, tables, etc.) to welcome women in the best conditions.
Donations will also be used to buy the medical equipment needed for screening (electrocardiogram, blood pressure monitors, examination table, etc.) and communication tools (kamemonos, prevention documents, clothing for volunteers, signage tools, etc.).
For each donation, donors benefit from a tax deduction of 66% on income tax.
