SPRING CITY (Texas)∙ A Houston Spring City woman has been arrested following allegedly kicking and hitting a child in the head, the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said. Alexis Jackson (30) was arrested.
The incident came to light on April 19 when deputies arrived at the 4800 block of Aquagate Drive for a child welfare check. On investigation they found that the woman had kicked the child’s head and caused visible injuries. Child Protective Services was then contacted. The boy was taken to a local hospital for medical examination.
Alexis Jackson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of injury to a child. Constable Mark Herman said the 230th District Court set bond at $20,000.00.
