Tonight Stéphane Plaza and his teams will come to the aid of Jean-Claude and Liza; to Nathalie and Christophe.
???? Jean-Claude and Liza are retired. They met during their hairdressing studies and embarked on the crazy adventure of opening their own salon!
Together they had two daughters, who live near their home. These hyperactive people have traveled the world and brought back from each of their trips memories that sit in their homes. Their pretty house in Pontoise is therefore full of objects of all kinds, and another major black spot, it is bordered by a railway line…

As the years go by, Jean-Claude and Liza realize that they want to live in a sunnier region, in the South West of France, in Pau. They have therefore put their house up for sale several times, for already… 6 years. But these visits never came to fruition, and Jean-Claude and Liza no longer know how to go regarding it.
Stéphane Plaza will come to help this couple of dynamic seniors, and… will quickly understand why this beautiful house has not attracted any buyers.
Together with Sophie Ferjani, interior designer, they will call on a storage coach and an auctioneer to declutter each room, and Sophie will do everything possible to bring out the charm of this house.
???? Nathalie, 57, is an insurance trainer and her husband Christophe, 57, is on sick leave. Together, they had three children, and are even grandparents of 2 granddaughters.
Since 2005, they have lived in a house in Pontoise, which they had initially planned to bring up to date since the departure of their children. This family home, which they call the “house of happiness” is indeed in need of work!
Christophe has started to get down to it but they had to leave the Paris region hastily a few months ago. The children, who have remained in the Paris region, take care of the upkeep of the house as best they can, but they all know that it is becoming impossible to keep it. No one really knows how to put it up for sale since it requires work.
Stéphane Plaza will take care of putting this house up for sale, and will do everything to sell it as quickly as possible, at the best price.
Stéphanie Catanzano, a new interior designer, will tackle the work that has just begun in this house, and will also look into the decoration of each of the rooms.

Stéphanie Catanzano is passionate regarding decoration and design. She created her interior design and work coordination studio following a professional retraining. Its decoration has character, it offers spaces made to enjoy everyday life while adapting current trends to everyone’s lifestyle.
