On June 20, the Club and Community of Independent Hoteliers THCC launched its HOTELS.IMMO (HI) intranet site for its members. Until the beginning of September 2023, non-members will also be able to register for this site free of charge.
HOTELS.IMMO is the second intranet launched following its “Toolbox” toolbox, and a third intranet allowing its members to benefit from significant advantages is at the end of the pre-launch test. Several partnerships have been signed allowing professionals to benefit from comprehensive services related to the acquisition/sale of hotels between hoteliers and the search for financing (including, among others: private bankers & investment/financing companies, architects, decorators, etc.)
To make this intranet more complete, THCC has validated two complementary partnerships, one of which is exclusive with Michel Simond Hospitality, which will naturally showcase some of its hotels on HI in addition to the properties promoted directly by owners who are members of the THCC community.
