A good mood concert during the floods: Haus-am-See singer Peter Fox is a guest at the Vienna City Hall!

The concert didn’t have any great stars at the beginning. Austria has experienced three days of storms and floods, but organizers nevertheless said the “Peter Fuchs” concert will be held at the town hall. Not all fans have the opportunity to travel, there are only a few public buses running within Vienna. Due to limited public transportation, I set out as late as possible as flights could still be cancelled. But luckily it didn’t come.

support”Benche“Started a quarter of an hour later than planned. I didn’t know his name, but I remembered it immediately – not just because of the huge “Bensh” banner in the background, but because his music was so closely related to the main artist Fit. He’s charismatic, but he’s not the only one getting attention – his brother and two other bandmates back him up, and there’s a brief fight scene choreographed between the siblings, who then play him. Dancing along for the rest of the show was a success.

The warm-up audience will have to be patient for a while longer. The time ended with shouts and whistles. But if someone is in a bad mood while waiting, the mood will disappear immediately with the opening “toast.” “peter fox“But he apologized immediately afterwards. He wanted to wait for the latecomers. Getting there that day was not easy. He had his own problems, driving around Sankt Pölten for two hours before he got the bug.

Throughout the evening, many energetic dances and sing-alongs followed to songs such as “Eye Blue” or “White Flag” – during the latter stagehands twirled white towels in the air. The crew consists of musicians and dancers spread over two floors. They created a great atmosphere and later even invited some fans to dance with them on the elevated stage until the end of the show. It will undoubtedly be an unforgettable experience for those selected.

The crowd in attendance made the pilgrimage to the Stadthalle not only for Peter Fox’s hits, but also for Seeed’s classics. Four Seeed songs made it onto the playlist, especially “augenbling” and “lass sie weg”, which made me unable to stand on my feet or even in my seat! Additionally, “bensh” was allowed to perform his song “over” with “peter Fox”!

There was a lot going on and the time went by so quickly – I had to take a moment to look at the entire stage. On the top stage, the words “love” and “song” were written in illuminated letters – a reference to the title of his recently released album. Sheets sprayed with different sprays hang from the ceiling nearby – sometimes you can see aliens or Minnie Mouse on them. Later the phrase “future is now” appeared – this “peterfox” emphasized the message of the song “futurepink”. Then he disappeared from the stage.

During the first part of the encore, “alles neu” and “stadtaffe” appeared in remixed versions, before he left the stage again. Of course, everyone present was waiting obediently, because there was still a classic missing. At one point he appeared with a smaller stagehand and a piano and played the song “Haus am See.” “Peter Fox” himself sat on the edge of the stage, looking out at the audience, wondering if the song was actually the right song that night – but when he sang, the audience supported him, so it didn’t matter. Last but not least, all that’s left to say is this: this show is worth watching and entertaining every second!
