The Ministry of Public Health announced, in its daily report, that 4,443 new cases of the new coronavirus (Covid 19) were registered yesterday, bringing the cumulative number of infections since February 21, 2020, to 1,016487.
She explained that “4285 injuries were recorded among residents and 158 cases among expats,” noting that “16 new deaths were recorded during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 9,840.” She stated that “the number of hospitalizations yesterday is 786, of whom 368 are in intensive care.”
And the ministry had stated in its report yesterday, that “the number of hospitalizations yesterday is 804, of whom 385 are in intensive care.”
