Lichter begins his journey on the motorcycle in Meran. At Lake Kaltern, the warmest swimming lake in the Alps, he meets four-time biathlon world champion Dorothea Wierer. He goes on a very special boat trip with her.
His journey continues in a vintage car to the most beautiful panoramic road on Lake Garda, the “Strada della Forra”, also known as the “James Bond Road”. On Lake Garda he also visits the prominent couple Judith Williams and Alexander-Klaus Stecher, who like to spend their holidays on this lake, which is also popular with Germans. Together with them we go to the most famous places in Verona.
At the end of his dream route, Horst Lichter arrives in Venice – a true dream destination. With the actress Julia Jäger, who played the wife of the famous Inspector Brunetti for years, he explores the lagoon city and the surrounding islands of Murano and Burano.
