And 2 year old boy drowned following falling into a pool due to a distraction from the family member who was taking care of him in a house in the Buenos Aires city of La Plata, police sources reported today.
The event occurred yesterday following 5:00 p.m. in a house farm Located on Calle 153 between 68 and 69, on the outskirts of the Buenos Aires capital.
Police spokesmen indicated today that “the child fell into the water in a moment of distraction from the minor’s grandmother, who was in charge of his care”.
They added that “on noticing the situation the woman pulled him out of the pool and immediately transferred him in a private vehicle to the Quick Aid Unit (UPA) in the area, where the doctors on duty found that the victim was already lifeless.”
As reported, by order of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 16 of the Judicial Department of La Plata, the corresponding autopsy operation will be carried out, within the framework of a case labeled as “investigation of causes of death.
