A surveillance camera revealed a speeding car passing in the early hours of Friday morning, as it ran over a number of pedestrians on the 20th Street, in the Bulaq Al-Dakrour area, and its driver fled.
The story began when the operations room official at the General Directorate of Giza Traffic received a report of a run-over accident on 20th Street and the injury of two injured.
It was found that a speeding car collided with regarding 12 people in front of a café, injuring 3 of them with sporadic bruises.
In turn, a security source revealed that the injured were transferred to Umm Al-Masrya Hospital for treatment, stressing that the authorities began examining surveillance cameras on the street to find out the license plate numbers of the car and reach its driver.
