He requested the government to bring the team game up and support it so that we can participate at some level.

Islamabad Basketball League organizer Dr. Owais Butt said about the basketball league that this league is going to be four months, 9 teams from Islamabad and Rawalpindi participated in it.

Regarding the government initiatives, he said that there is no support from the government, the 9 teams that are playing in this league sponsor themselves, take care of their diet and select their teams themselves. , they have no support from anywhere. Even the basketballs, kits and courts have to be bought themselves.

He also said that if someone wants to play basketball professionally, it is very difficult in this country because there are not enough salaries and not enough income to run one’s house, while good players also get no support from the government. do not have.
