Tai Kwun, a cultural heritage landmark of Hong Kong Hold a large-scale contemporary art exhibition HOPE Created by renowned Australian artist Patricia Piccinini, it reflects hopes and fears about the impact of science on humanity. It contains over 50 surreal yet realistic sculptures, paintings and animations. This exhibition is on display from May 24 to September 3, 2023.

art exhibition HOPE Piccinini’s covers the entire area of Tai Kwun’s art galleries. One of the largest works on display is Celestial Fields It is a large installation of 4,500 flower stalks that bloom on the floor and ceiling. It draws visitors into its embrace and questions the nature of progress. With a complex aesthetic that captures the wonder and sorrow of technology, Piccinini also decorated Tai Kwun’s spiral staircase with moving wigs of various colors. by hanging from the ceiling 20 meters high. HOPE It raises critical questions about the nature of history, progress and technology, and ponders our ability to build warm and caring relationships. and live with love for one another
